As part of the development of our activities and within our accounting department, we are looking for an Assistant Accountant 80 -- 100% Available immediately ### Your missions * Processing of supplier invoices and expense reports (reception, control, imputation and entry) * Validation of supplier invoices related to purchase orders Preparation and release of supplier payments in accordance with internal procedures * Monitoring and management of debtors (preparation and sending of reminders) * Bank reconciliation and daily accounting of current operations * Cash management * Participation in the preparation of monthly and annual closings * Support in the preparation of VAT returns * Monitoring and reporting of costs related to the activity (vehicle and machine fleet) * Active participation in the electronic document management (GED) project ### Your profile * You hold a CFC in commercial employment, an assistant accountant diploma or training deemed equivalent * You have two to three years of experience in an accounting or similar function * Good knowledge of the basic principles of general accounting * Good command of French (minimum B2 level) * Comfortable with common office tools, notably Excel, Word and Outlook * Reliable, discreet, organized and conscientious person, comfortable with change ### Our assets * A dynamic and friendly finance team * A dynamic company listening to new technologies * A working environment focused on empathy and common success * Attractive remuneration and a superior pension plan * 4 weeks of vacation + 2 weeks of closure at the end of the year * Possibilities for training and professional development * A stable job in a rapidly expanding field ### Information for applying If this position interests you, we invite you to submit your application directly via our website.
