As part of our strong development, we are recruiting a: Supply Chain DirectorMain activities: * Define the Supply Chain strategy, evolve it, and deploy it in coherence with Teoxane's strategy. * Build and ensure the reliability of forecasts with Sales and Marketing, lead the monthly S&OP process (S&OP Meetings, Supply Reviews), and propose quantified scenarios and clear arbitrations to management. * Establish the master production schedule (PDP/MPS) according to capacities, quality constraints (release, quarantine, expiration), and market priorities. * Manage the procurement of raw materials, components, and packaging items, and secure critical suppliers with Purchasing. * Define the RM/FG stock policy (MTO/MTS, DDMRP buffers, safety stocks), reduce shortages and overstocks, control shelf life, and ensure inventory reliability. * Ensure the management of new product launches, phase-outs, and end-of-life, from the first supply to the depletion of the last stocks. * Guarantee the performance of warehouses, transport, and Order Management & Distribution, with a high level of service for customers and international subsidiaries. * Be the guarantor of master data in SAP Business One and manage the APS (parameter setting, operation, deployment to subsidiaries). * Drive KPIs (OTIF, Forecast Accuracy, stock coverage and rotation, plan adherence) and manage transformation projects (digitalization, ERP, APS, Lean). * Manage and coach a team of approximately 25 people, including 5 direct reports. * Guarantee compliance with GMP, ISO 13485 requirements, and safety rules across the entire scope. Your profile: * Engineering training or a higher degree in Supply Chain, logistics, or industry. * Minimum 20 years of experience in Supply Chain, including a significant part in an industrial environment in a management position with experience in a regulated environment (medical device or pharma), including production management, and confirmed management experience. * You master S&OP, demand planning, production planning, MRP, and DDMRP, as well as ERPs (SAP or equivalent). * You have proven field practice of Lean (pull flows, Kanban, VSM/MIFA, 5S, problem solving). * A field leader, pragmatic and results-oriented, you know how to decide in a constrained environment. * You have a Lean and continuous improvement culture. * A pedagogue and coach, you like to transmit knowledge, make the Supply Chain understandable to everyone, and help teams grow. * Humble and adaptable, you are comfortable in a growing organization and know how to engage cross-functional teams through clear and factual communication. * Fluent French and English, both spoken and written; any other language is an asset.
