Job description ##

We are looking for one of our clients located in the canton of Vaud for an IT Business Analyst / Product Owner to strengthen its IT team and to support the development and evolution of its application solutions.

Your responsibilities :

Needs analysis & functional management

• Collect and analyze the needs of the various business teams
• Challenge requests in order to identify the most relevant solutions
• Translate needs into functional requirements and user stories
• Structure and document business processes
• Act as the functional expert for the solutions for which you are responsible
• Manage, prioritize and evolve the backlog according to the needs and priorities of the company
• Contribute to the definition and monitoring of the solutions roadmap

IT Project Management

• Lead projects for the evolution and deployment of application solutions
• Define the different stages, priorities and necessary resources
• Coordinate business teams, technical teams and any external partners
• Ensure the monitoring of developments and integrations
• Monitor deadlines, risks and the quality of deliverables
• Communicate regularly with the different stakeholders on project progress

Tests & user support

• Prepare and perform functional and UAT tests
• Validate new features before their production release
• Identify and monitor any necessary corrections
• Participate in the documentation of solutions and processes
• Support and train users during deployments
• Collect user feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of solutions

Your profile :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a function as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, IT Project Manager or in a similar hybrid role
• Proven experience in the management of projects and application solutions
• Good understanding of information systems and IT environments
• Good knowledge of API issues, interfaces and integration between different applications
• Experience in writing functional needs, user stories and backlog management
• Mastery of project management methodologies and tools
• Ability to understand business challenges and translate them to technical interlocutors
• Ease in collaborating with developers, business users and external partners
• Excellent analytical, communication and synthesis skills
• Autonomy, rigor, proactivity and solution orientation
