"Clinique de la Main – Genève" is a human-sized surgical center, specialized in ailments and injuries of the hand, wrist and elbow. The Clinic offers all the services and guarantees of quality of care, surgical care and follow-up that one can expect from a group of highly qualified, competent and experienced specialists. In addition, an occupational therapy service ensures adapted and specific rehabilitation therapy for our patients.

We are looking for an experienced medical biller at 100%, mastering TARDOC pricing and billing via Medionline, to join its administrative team in a professional, dynamic and human-sized environment.

Your missions

• Management of billing for medical consultations and operating room interventions according to current rates (TARDOC), via Medionline
• Billing of private interventions according to AMGE rates
• Follow-up of invoices in collaboration with the Caisse des médecins
• Processing of returns, inquiries and corrections with insurance companies
• Verification and control of the accuracy of billing data
• Collaboration with doctors and administrative teams
• Various administrative tasks related to the operation of the Clinic.

Your profile

• Training in the medical field or experience deemed equivalent
• Proven experience in medical billing in Switzerland
• Good mastery of TARDOC pricing and Medionline software
• Knowledge of surgical billing, an asset
• Preparation of reports on Excel
• Good mastery of IT tools, notably Excel (import, structuring and analysis of data)
• Rigor, autonomy, discretion and sense of responsibility
• Excellent organization, priority management and team spirit
• Excellent mastery of French, both spoken and written, and B2 level in English.
