Do you master accounting closings and wish to take on more responsibility in an international environment? This position is made for you!

Our partner is a recognized Swiss company in the energy sector, specializing in the distribution of energy solutions. In full evolution, it is also developing activities related to the energy transition. It offers an international, dynamic and structured working environment, promoting autonomy and collaboration. In order to strengthen its finance team, it is currently looking for a Financial Accountant at 80–100 % to ensure closings, group reporting and participate in the optimization of accounting processes.

Your tasks at your new employer

• You independently manage monthly and annual accounting closings and prepare statutory accounts
• You prepare financial reports intended for the group according to IFRS standards, perform the necessary adjustments between CO and IFRS frameworks and ensure intra-group reconciliations
• You take charge of the company's tax obligations, including VAT returns and intercantonal allocations
• You ensure the accounting monitoring of stocks and margins in collaboration with the Business Analyst and contribute to the reliability of financial data
• You actively participate in the internal control system, collaborate with the audit body
• You contribute to the optimization of financial processes and take part in digitalization projects

You offer your new employer

• You hold the federal diploma of specialist in finance and accounting, an indispensable qualification to ensure the technical responsibilities of this function
• You benefit from solid experience in a similar position and master monthly and annual closings as well as the requirements of Swiss accounting law and taxation
• You possess very good knowledge of French and German
• You master Excel and use accounting ERPs with ease, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• You are an autonomous, rigorous and analytical person, who appreciates responsibilities, respects deadlines and knows how to show discretion and pragmatism on a daily basis
