Kitchen Assistant/ Dishwasher

Le bistrot ijami is looking for a kitchen assistant/dishwasher!

Profile: Motivated and rigorous person, ready to ensure the proper functioning of the kitchen dishwashing.

Main missions:

Dishwashing: Washing and storing dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment in compliance with hygiene standards.
Maintenance: Daily cleaning of floors, work surfaces and equipment.
Culinary Assistance: Peeling vegetables, simple preparations and assistance with mise en place.
Waste Management: Selective sorting and evacuation of cardboard and food waste.

Great physical resistance and speed of execution.
Team spirit and irreproachable punctuality.
Immediate availability for split shifts, evenings and weekends.
Objective: To effectively support the kitchen brigade to guarantee smooth service and a healthy environment.
