Your mission Do you want to put your Payroll expertise at the service of an operational HR function close to the business? Join SPIE MTS SA in French-speaking Switzerland and actively contribute to the smooth functioning of our People & Culture activities. * Full payroll management: you ensure the entire Payroll process for approximately 250 employees, with different CCTs, from preparation to final control, respecting deadlines and legal requirements * Social insurances and absences: you manage the monitoring of social insurances, funds and absences, in collaboration with internal and external partners * Cross-functional collaboration: You are part of the Swiss Payroll & HR Operations team, with a functional reporting line to the Lead HR Systems & Services, and collaborate closely with the other entities of SPIE Suisse. * HR Operations and business partnering support: you take charge of administrative tasks related to the employee life cycle and contribute to providing a quality HR service. You support the Head of People & Culture in operational activities and the monitoring of team needs. * HR Projects: depending on priorities, you participate in initiatives for digitalization, standardization and continuous improvement of processes.
