Your responsibilities

• Prepare seafood orders with precision and care. (Fillet, debone, skin and portion)
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
• Control the quality and freshness of products before shipment.
• Collaborate with the team to guarantee an efficient workflow during night hours.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the preparation area.

Your profile

• Previous experience in handling and preparing seafood, an asset.
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
• Ability to work at night and respect tight deadlines.
• Team spirit, rigor and attention to detail.
• Good physical condition to handle loads and work in a cold environment.
