Responsibilities ###

• Organize and coordinate transport, plan and ensure the monitoring of shipments and international expeditions of our achievements
• Prepare and control transport documents and import-export customs formalities
• Ensure the application of the Incoterms defined for each shipment and compliance with customs procedures
• Coordinate exchanges with internal services, carriers, freight forwarders and customs authorities
• Manage unforeseen events, delays and emergencies by quickly proposing suitable solutions

Profile ###

• Holder of a CFC Employé de Commerce or an equivalent title, with significant experience at a freight forwarder or in an import-export department
• Excellent knowledge of Incoterms and import-export customs procedures
• Autonomous, rigorous and endowed with a strong sense of responsibility, you are resolutely service-oriented
• Flexible and adaptable, you know how to effectively manage stress, priorities and various issues
• Endowed with a strong team spirit, you demonstrate diplomacy and interpersonal ease with all your interlocutors
• Excellent command of French and English; Italian is an asset
