Job Description ##

As part of your duties, you will be responsible for the preparation, organization, and complete monitoring of your earthworks sites, from the preparation phase to their final completion.

• Prepare construction sites on technical, organizational, and financial levels.
• Plan the various stages of the works, notably the needs for personnel, material, and equipment.
• Organize the daily progress of the sites and ensure their operational execution.
• Coordinate teams, subcontractors, and the various stakeholders.
• Ensure the ordering, supply, and availability of necessary materials and equipment.
• Implement and monitor procedures related to quality, safety, and the environment.
• Monitor the progress of the works as well as compliance with deadlines and costs.
• Ensure the financial monitoring of the sites.
• Prepare offers, supplementary offers, and measurements of the works completed.
• Participate in invoicing and the control of services executed.
• Participate in site meetings and ensure the follow-up of decisions made.
• Maintain a high-quality professional relationship with clients, works management, and project partners.

Profile Sought ##

• You hold a recognized training as a site manager.
• You have at least 5 years of confirmed experience in site management in Switzerland.
• You have concrete experience in the field of earthworks.
• You are proficient in standard IT tools as well as the BauBit software.
• You are comfortable with the technical, administrative, and financial monitoring of sites.
• You are a proactive, autonomous, organized person endowed with a good sense of responsibility.
• You enjoy teamwork and know how to communicate effectively with the various stakeholders of a site.
