Versatile IT Technician – Support and Infrastructure

Your mission
You intervene across the entire IT life cycle of our clients, from the first call to the resolution of complex incidents:

• User support levels 1 to 3, remotely and on-site
• Installation, configuration, and deployment of workstations, peripherals, and software
• Preventive and corrective maintenance of the IT park
• Administration and monitoring of servers (Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, virtualization)
• Implementation and troubleshooting of networks (switching, Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPN)
• Management of backups and application of security best practices
• Documentation of interventions and direct contact with clients

Your profile

• CFC in IT (operations and infrastructure) or training deemed equivalent
• A few years of experience in a similar position, ideally with a service provider
• Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 environments; notions of macOS or virtualization solutions are a plus
• Sense of service, comfortable with non-technical interlocutors
• Autonomous, resourceful, and capable of managing several requests in parallel
• Driver's license (travel to clients)
