Our client is an international company, active in the chemical field for various markets. In order to strengthen its team based in Lausanne, it is currently looking for a versatile profile with accounting skills, capable of evolving in a dynamic and demanding environment.

Your tasks at your new employer

Ensure the processing of current accounting operations, including the entry of journal entries and the monitoring of bank transactions
Perform bank reconciliations and guarantee the reliability of financial data
Monitor client accounts, manage reminders, and ensure the proper collection of receivables
Take charge of supplier payments and ensure compliance with deadlines
Manage expense reports, from their control to their accounting recording
Participate in the preparation of supports and documents for sales teams
Write and process professional correspondence in French and English
Ensure telephone reception and the follow-up of incoming requests (FR/EN)
Ensure proper documentary organization, including filing and archiving

You offer your new employer

Commercial training such as CFC commercial employee or a title deemed equivalent
First experience in accounting (ideally between 1 and 2 years)
Good understanding of processes related to invoicing and financial flows
Excellent mastery of Excel, notably pivot tables
Very good command of French and very good level of English, Spanish being an asset
Dynamic, proactive, and well-organized personality
Ability to manage priorities and to evolve effectively in a demanding environment
