Construction Foreman 80-100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 5 to 10 employees on site
• Collaborate with a technician to organize and plan the various tasks
• Ensure effective coordination between the various stakeholders involved
• Strictly respect the established schedule and current standards
• Implement and ensure strict compliance with safety rules
• Write detailed daily reports on the progress of the work
• Encourage harmonious collaboration between colleagues and all company staff by fostering a team spirit

Profile

• Holder of a foreman diploma or equivalent, or 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar function.
• Adaptability and availability required, with proven skills in organization, leadership, and team motivation.
• Autonomy, rigor, and initiative are highly appreciated, as well as a heightened sense of responsibility
• Driving license mandatory and excellent command of French
• You currently reside or plan to settle in the Martigny region
• Open to candidates from the Aosta Valley
