Concierge CDI 50%

Concierge (50%, 20 hours per week, m/f/d)

Following the retirement of the current holder, the Scottish Church of Lausanne wishes to hire a concierge starting 1.1.2027 for its premises at Av. de Rumine. We are looking for a responsible and well-organized person to:

• Ensure regular control of interior and exterior spaces
• Guarantee the cleanliness and good condition of the facilities (sanitary facilities, church, common areas, garden, parking)
• Quickly report breakdowns and technical malfunctions
• Manage alarms and intervene appropriately according to procedures
• Coordinate interventions with partner companies
• Contribute to offering a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our parishioners and our tenants.

Currently our concierge works Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, sometimes Sunday in case of snow or an event organized in our premises.

Desired profile:

• Reliable and discreet person
• Good practical knowledge in cleaning and maintenance
• Ability to work independently while managing their work tool
• Manual and versatile with ease in performing small technical repairs
• Good command of French, oral comprehension of English represents an advantage
• Residence in the Lausanne region
• Experience in cleaning or concierge services is an asset.
