Maintenance Technician in Aseptic Environment M/F

Your mission ##

You will play a key role in the availability, reliability, and performance of production equipment by ensuring the maintenance of installations in operational conditions, while actively contributing to the continuous improvement, quality, safety, and operational excellence processes of the site.

Your responsibilities ##

• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment and site installations.
• Diagnose and resolve technical breakdowns in the fields of mechanics, electricity, automation, and industrial IT.
• Ensure the monitoring and proper functioning of industrial utilities (HVAC, air treatment, steam, monitoring systems).
• Support and train production teams in first-level maintenance operations.
• Coordinate interventions of external service providers.
• Participate in the management of spare parts and the maintenance of 5S standards in the technical store.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement, quality, safety, and environment projects.

Your profile ##

• Recognized technical training (CFC, Brevet fédéral or equivalent) in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, automation, or a similar field.
• You must have at least 5 years of experience in a GMP, aseptic pharmaceutical environment.
• You possess solid skills in fault diagnosis and the reliability of industrial equipment.
• You have a good mastery of mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.
