Draftsman-constructor & apprentice mentor – 100 %

• Technical monitoring of orders (planning, coordination with project management and purchasing)
• Creation and modification of model, layout, assembly, and manufacturing drawings
• Management of articles and bills of materials (creation, updating, tracking of modifications)
• Participation in special studies and developments as well as in continuous product improvement
• Collaboration with different departments (sales, purchasing, production, after-sales service, quality)
• Contribution to the quality of technical data (documentation, ERP, PLM)
• Supervision and monitoring of draftsman-constructor apprentices
• Development and updating of the training program
• Evaluation of skills and preparation for exams
• Coordination with vocational schools

Profile and skills:

• CFC as a draftsman-constructor
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
• Good mastery of CAD software as well as a PLM system
• Basic knowledge of an ERP
• Precise, structured, and reliable work
• Versatility, autonomy, and sense of responsibility
• Pedagogical skills and good communication abilities
• Experience in training apprentices or willingness to train in this field
• Languages: fluent French and English
