Concretely, you will perform assembly, commissioning of new gas infrastructures, and the maintenance of our mechanical equipment. You will support the objective of the Network department, at the heart of Gaznat's mission: ensuring a safe and sustainable supply for western Switzerland.

Your daily routine will be paced by several key missions:

• Perform corrective maintenance interventions;
• Participate in the on-call service;
• Participate in infrastructure renovation projects, including the design, planning, and implementation phases;
• Perform the assembly and commissioning of stations, including the assembly of mechanical parts and handling operations;
• Participate in material management (intervention, tooling, order preparation, stock management, etc.).

Do you appreciate the diversity of interventions, concrete and technical work, as well as the search for solutions on a daily basis? Then this position is made for you.

• A few years of professional experience in assembly, commissioning, or maintenance, to quickly become autonomous in the various interventions that will be entrusted to you.
• Confirmed training (CFC, equivalent) in the field of mechanics (construction machine mechanic, agricultural mechanic, polymechanic, etc.) in order to have solid technical foundations to intervene on our installations.
• Good knowledge of general mechanics, ideally supplemented by knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics, as well as a strong interest in technology and its evolution.
• A sense of responsibility, organization, rigor, and initiative, to plan and follow priorities in a dynamic environment.
• A strong team spirit and flexibility, as well as a capacity to work autonomously, with flexibility and ease in collaboration, particularly during larger interventions or construction sites.
• Good oral knowledge of English or German, to respond to non-French-speaking external service providers.
• A driver's license, as our infrastructures are spread across all of western Switzerland.
• Residency within a 30-minute radius of our monitoring center in Aigle, in order to participate in the on-call service.
