You have at least a CFC cuisine and several years of experience
To be autonomous at your workstation (hot / cold)
Able to work for renowned clients
Respect for standards and technical sheets
Rigorous application of HACCP standards
Contribution to the creative dynamics of the establishment

Preparation of mises en place
