Quality Project Manager (M/F)

Your mission

For one of our renowned clients in the field of watchmaking, we are looking for Quality Project Managers (M/F) to support the development of its activities in the region. From the very beginning, you will participate in the quality of new products and new processes, alongside project teams and suppliers. A role where you leave your mark and where you evolve with the company. Your tasks: Drive preventive quality within project groups dedicated to new products and processes; Implement industrial qualification processes; Collaborate with component suppliers, subcontractors, and manufacturing process suppliers; Participate in the qualification of new products and processes; Lead product and process risk analyses; Manage specific or cross-functional quality projects; Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality practices and processes

Your profile

You are an autonomous, rigorous, and organized person, with leadership and real communication skills. You have: A technical and/or quality education at Bachelor HES level, or equivalent; Experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial environment; Mastery of quality tools, particularly statistical analysis and risk analyses; Knowledge of project management; Lean / Six Sigma training (an asset). You are: Equipped with a good analytical and synthesis spirit; Capable of simplifying technical subjects; Available to follow initial training in Genève before continuing the mission in the canton of Fribourg
