Your mission

As part of a strategic project within a large pharmaceutical group, we are looking for an experienced MES Project Manager to lead projects related to Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and support the digital transformation of industrial operations.

You will ensure complete management of MES projects, the coordination of technical and business teams, as well as the deployment of solutions compliant with GMP requirements.

Your responsibilities

• Lead MES projects from end to end (planning, budget, risks, resources, and deliverables).
• Coordinate business teams (Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, IT).
• Collect user requirements and ensure their translation into high-performance MES solutions.
• Supervise the design, configuration, testing, validation, and production phases.
• Ensure the integration of the MES with systems such as SAP, LIMS, or Maximo.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, CSV, GAMP5, and 21 CFR Part 11 standards.
• Coordinate the activities of the local MES team and contribute to the continuity of operations.

Profile sought

• Engineering degree or equivalent university training.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in MES project management in the pharmaceutical, biotechnological, or a regulated environment.
• Good knowledge of GMP environments and computerized system validation.
• Experience with Emerson Syncade strongly appreciated.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
