In order to strengthen its teams, it is looking for a: Store Manager 100% (M/F) Your mission: * Ensure the operational and commercial management of the store and ensure the attractiveness of the point of sale. * Monitor sales and performance indicators, analyze results and propose improvement actions. * Manage supplier orders, product availability and stock levels. * Supervise, train and motivate the team, plan schedules and distribute tasks. * Ensure the integration, training and follow-up of apprentices. * Supervise the receipt of goods, inventories and the proper maintenance of the shelves. * Guarantee quality customer service and manage complaints with professionalism. * Ensure cash management, compliance with procedures and reporting to management. Your profile: * CFC in retail management or equivalent training. * Additional training in sales and company trainer certificate. * Proven experience in retail and team management. * Good knowledge of hardware products and mastery of an ERP tool. * Mastery of French; knowledge of German is an asset. * Sense of organization, autonomy and rigor. * Leadership, customer orientation, analytical skills and resistance to stress.
