Among them, the Agence MEROBA Genève which aims to manage the affiliations of companies in the technical building trades, collect and monitor the application of federal and cantonal social contributions.
To strengthen its team, Agence MEROBA Genève is looking for
A PAYROLL and SOCIAL INSURANCE SPECIALIST (M/F) AT 100%
Your main missions: Affiliation to institutions
Accompany and inform companies during their affiliation to our various institutions, monitor their solvency and enter information into the system
Nominal lists and decisions and litigation
Monitor the correct application of contributions based on salaries.
Establish decisions, ex officio assessments.
Carry out the processing of public holidays and vacation deductions.
Monitor the collection of contributions, issue reminders and pursue recovery procedures
Advise and accompany companies.
Transmission of information to other institutions
Inform, process and transmit various information requests to annex institutions.
Monitor and apply SCI
Projects
Follow regulatory and legislative developments.
Participate in the update and development of the system.
Your profile:
Training: Federal diploma in social insurance mandatory.
Experience 5 years minimum.
Solid professional experience and proven expertise in payroll management and social insurance in Switzerland
You are organized, precise and oriented towards customers and solutions
You have great interpersonal skills and know how to demonstrate diplomacy and tact
You are comfortable with numbers and usual IT tools (good mastery of Excel and .csv files)
Start date: as soon as possible
