We are looking for an experienced and proactive person to join our team as a Technical Manager. You will be in charge of the technical management of several sites, including building maintenance, as well as monitoring maintenance requests. If you are autonomous, reactive, have excellent organizational skills and a keen sense of customer service, this position is for you. You will play a key role in the continuous improvement of the sites and will be responsible for managing technical works, while guaranteeing quality service.

Your tasks:

• Organize technical activities (HVAC maintenance)
• Control and monitoring of operational activity
• Support and monitoring in monthly maintenance activity
• Be the interlocutor for client managers in the Banking sector
• Plan the work of caretakers and technicians
• Preparation and provision of internal documents and for audits
• Initiate and ensure the follow-up of small projects
• Participation on a rotational basis in an on-call service
• Ensure administrative follow-up, including reporting of activities carried out on behalf of the client (KPI)

Your profile:

• CFC in building technology (heating, sanitary, electricity) or title deemed equivalent
• Good knowledge in the field of building technology and project administration
• Experience in team management
• Knowledge of German, an asset
• Very good mastery of common IT tools (MS Office)
• Comfortable with administrative tasks
• Pronounced customer orientation, strong team spirit
• Flexible regarding travel
• Communication skills
• Driving license mandatory, clean criminal record
