CNC Swiss Lathe Machinist

Gimmel Rouages SA is a family business founded in 1926, located in Val-de-Ruz in Villiers (NE). The seventy employees perform about ten different trades in the field of manufacturing miniature components, notably intended for the largest watch brands. Having always been independent, Gimmel Rouages SA is recognized for the quality of its work and the finesse of its achievements.
Through its policy of local training and recruitment, the company employs a large number of employees from the region.

Your main tasks

• Create programs
• Perform setups and adjustments
• Create/sharpen tools
• Perform in-process production controls, monitor and optimize production
• Perform 1st level maintenance and servicing of equipment
