Your mission

At the heart of the industrial organization, you ensure the construction, management, and monitoring of machine manufacturing schedules.

Your role consists of transforming project objectives into realistic and controlled execution plans, while taking into account technical constraints, production capacities, and contractual commitments.

As a true interface between project managers, technical offices, methods, procurement, and workshops, you contribute directly to the fluidity of operations and meeting deadlines.

Your ability to anticipate risks and coordinate corrective actions constitutes an essential element for the success of projects.

Your responsibilities

In collaboration with project managers, you develop the initial machine schedules based on reference models and the specific requirements of each project.

You ensure the consistency of the different realization stages, from technical releases to the final assembly phases.

You ensure the daily monitoring of the progress of manufacturing, pre-assembly, and chassis assembly activities as well as mechanical and electrical assemblies.

Thanks to your presence in contact with the teams, you quickly identify risks of drift, blocking points, and workload constraints likely to impact deadlines.

Faced with the uncertainties inherent in complex industrial projects, you analyze deviations, propose schedule adjustments, and coordinate the necessary actions with the various departments concerned.

Your ability to bring stakeholders together around common objectives allows for maintaining a clear vision of priorities and securing project progress.

You also contribute to the continuous improvement of planning tools and production monitoring processes in order to increase the overall performance of the industrial organization.

Your profile

You hold a higher education degree of type ES, HES or equivalent in the fields of industrial production, mechanics, industrial management, or a similar discipline.

A specialization in planning, scheduling, or project management constitutes an appreciated advantage.

You have proven experience in industrial planning or scheduling, ideally acquired in an environment of special machine manufacturing, project-based production, or assembly of complex equipment.

You possess a good understanding of manufacturing processes, mechanical assembly, and workload-capacity issues.

Comfortable with ERP tools, MRP systems, and industrial planning methods, you know how to build a global vision while keeping a particular attention to the details that make the difference in the success of a project.

Beyond your technical skills, you are recognized for your sense of organization, your analytical mind, and your ability to communicate with various interlocutors.

You enjoy environments where coordination, anticipation, and reactivity are essential on a daily basis.
