Your tasks ##

• Overall responsibility for the management and strategic development of the branch taking economic objectives into account
• Ensure revenue, result, cost and EBITDA objectives, monitor and analyze relevant indicators as well as deduce and implement appropriate measures to achieve the objectives
• Management, motivation, promotion and development of the branch team (approx. 10 employees)
• Conducting employee and quarterly interviews, including performance evaluation, feedback and agreements on objectives
• Setting objectives as well as regular monitoring of their achievement by applying the MbO approach
• Organization, steering and active participation in operations in the sales and workshop areas respecting quality, safety and deadline requirements
• Ensure compliance with all operational and legal regulations and directives
• Planning, steering and continuous optimization of operational processes and workflows
• Ensure excellent customer service as well as high customer satisfaction
• Guarantee an optimal stock in close collaboration with headquarters
• Close collaboration with other branches and the central departments of the company

Your profile ##

• Completed basic training as a motorcycle mechanic CFC, commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable function as well as proven management experience
• Very good oral and written knowledge in German and French
• Excellent ability to work in a team as well as the ability to motivate employees and achieve objectives together
• Assertive, decisive and goal-oriented personality with a structured and solution-oriented working method
• Autonomous, reliable and efficient work with a high degree of personal responsibility
• Valid driving licenses for categories A and B
