We are looking for our
Cleaning services officer for buildings and stations
Your mission
As a cleaning services specialist, you are responsible for the operational and contractual monitoring of cleaning services for tl buildings, stations and premises in the agglomeration.
You ensure the quality of the services provided by our external partners and you ensure compliance with contractual commitments, quality standards and defined costs as well as the satisfaction of our internal and external customers.
In this capacity, you:

• ensure the monitoring of the contract life cycle, from the definition of needs to their renewal or closure;
• participate in the development of specifications and calls for tender;
• control the quality and conformity of services in the field;
• identify deviations and ensure the monitoring of corrective actions;
• monitor performance indicators, quality of services and any bonuses/maluses;
• contribute to the continuous improvement of services, processes and costs.

The function involves occasionally performing quality controls in the field at different times and according to the work schedule of the cleaning teams (possibly at night).
Your profile

• You hold a CFC or an equivalent training in the technical, commercial or logistics field
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar function, as well as proven experience in building/facility cleaning
• You have concrete experience in field quality control and monitoring services provided by external partners
• You have a good sense of organization, good analytical skills and are attentive to details
• You are able to work independently while collaborating effectively with various internal and external interlocutors
• You are quality and solution-oriented, with a good sensitivity to costs and efficiency
• Rigorous, pragmatic and possessing good interpersonal skills, you enjoy field work and know how to ensure established quality standards are respected.
• You have an excellent command of French, oral and written and writing proficiency
• You master usual IT tools

Contract: CDI at 100 %, start date from 1st December or as agreed
Recruitment process: pre-selections with HR until 30 September, interview with manager + HR on 5 and 7 October, and if positive, you will be invited to a half-day internship. Probable end of recruitment: end of October
