Job description ##

Within a reference structure active on a national scale, you will join a specialized team intervening directly with hotel establishments and restaurants. As part of this function combining field work, analysis and support, you will participate in the various activities related to the monitoring of establishments in the branch and the application of the conventional provisions specific to the sector. You will notably be required to contribute to the preparation and monitoring of visits to companies, to examine various operational and administrative situations as well as to participate in the preparation of reports and monitoring documents. In collaboration with experienced professionals, you will progressively develop your knowledge of the conventional provisions and procedures applicable to the branch. Thanks to your listening skills, your diplomacy and your rigor, you will know how to establish a constructive dialogue with various interlocutors and handle the files entrusted to you with objectivity and professionalism. You will also participate in various analytical work, meetings, training and internal projects. This function offers a varied activity, combining field presence, administrative work and regular contact with professionals in the hotel-catering industry in French-speaking Switzerland.

Profile sought ##

Coming from the hotel or catering sector, you ideally benefit from recognized training from a hotel school or an equivalent curriculum and have a first professional experience that has allowed you to become familiar with the operational realities of the sector. You now wish to leverage this field knowledge in a function more oriented towards analysis, monitoring and support of establishments. Comfortable with administrative and writing tasks, you demonstrate rigor, precision and a good analytical mind. Your sense of listening, your diplomacy and your interpersonal ease allow you to interact professionally with various interlocutors. Curious and eager to develop your knowledge, you are ready to familiarize yourself with the conventional provisions governing hotel-catering in Switzerland and with the specific procedures related to this activity. Mastery of French is indispensable. Good knowledge of German as well as possession of a valid driver's license constitute prerequisites for the exercise of this function.
