Your tasks * Schedule inspection appointments with real estate agencies, owners and installers * Format and send safety reports, ensure follow-up of reminders * Keep client files up to date * Support HR management (hours, absences, documents for salaries) * Answer the phone and emails * Support for advisors Your profile * CFC in commerce (mandatory) * A few years of experience in a similar position * Experience in the electrical field is an asset, knowledge of the real estate sector is also an asset * Neat written French, as you will write many letters * Comfortable with the Office suite * Knowledge of the electrical or real estate sector is a plus What we offer A stable position at 80--100 % in a small team, direct contacts and varied work, in our new offices on rue de Savoie.
