The AgroImpact association, created in 2023, brings together industrialists, producer federations from French-speaking Switzerland, researchers, environmental associations, agricultural chambers, as well as state institutions, in order to accelerate the climate transition of agriculture and to find a pragmatic response to climate change. Within AgroImpact, actors in the agri-food sector work together to implement, in particular, the decarbonization of agricultural production on farms - through effective measures chosen individually by farmers and without compromising the economic viability of the farms.
In order to support our development and to guarantee rigorous, efficient, and human management of our resources, we are looking for our future:

Your profile
You possess a higher education degree in business management, finance, economics, or an equivalent field, ideally supplemented by knowledge in human resources. You possess good knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and activity monitoring as well as HR processes and Swiss labor law.
You have the ability to coordinate internal and external interlocutors and to work with specialized services. You are comfortable with IT tools and management systems. You possess excellent command of French and German, both spoken and written; English is an asset.
You are an autonomous, agile, structured, and reliable person, who appreciates both the overall vision and the concrete follow-up of files. Equipped with a good analytical mind, you know how to prioritize, coordinate different interlocutors, and find pragmatic solutions.
Your sense of service, your discretion, and your interpersonal skills allow you to collaborate effectively with the Management, the teams, and the governance bodies. You appreciate human-sized environments, in which versatility, flexibility, and a spirit of initiative are essential.
