Sharepoint Consultant (M/F)

As part of the reinforcement of our teams, we are looking for a SharePoint & Power Platform Consultant capable of supporting our clients in their digital transformation projects and the modernization of their Microsoft 365 collaborative environments.

You will work on projects involving the migration, implementation, and optimization of SharePoint platforms, in close collaboration with business teams, technical teams, and project stakeholders.

Advisory and support for business units

• Collect and analyze the functional and technical needs of users.
• Lead scoping workshops and support business units in defining solutions.
• Propose adapted architectures and solutions based on SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
• Write functional and technical documentation.
• Support users in the adoption of new collaborative solutions.

Design and integration of SharePoint solutions

• Design, deploy, and administer SharePoint Online solutions.
• Set up collaborative portals, intranets, and document spaces.
• Guarantee the consistency, performance, and security of the platforms.
• Ensure document governance and Microsoft 365 best practices.
• Participate in the evolutionary maintenance and continuous improvement of existing environments.

Development and automation

• Develop business applications with Power Apps.
• Automate business processes using Power Automate.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint Framework (SPFx) components.
• Create PowerShell scripts for the automation and administration of platforms.
• Contribute to integrations with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Migration and modernization of platforms

• Participate in SharePoint On-Premise to SharePoint Online migration projects.
• Analyze existing environments and define migration strategies.
• Support testing, acceptance, and production phases.
• Ensure the migration of content, workflows, and associated applications.
• Perform knowledge transfer to client teams.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience on SharePoint projects.
• Minimum 3 years of experience on SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
• Proven experience in SharePoint On-Premise to SharePoint Online migration projects.
• Experience in complex environments involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in the public sector or in a highly regulated environment is a significant asset.

Technical skills

• Excellent mastery of SharePoint Online and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Proven experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Good mastery of PowerShell.
• Development experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• Mastery of SharePoint migration tools such as ShareGate.
• Knowledge of Nintex Forms and Nintex Workflow is an advantage.

Project management

• Ability to manage several subjects in parallel.
• Experience with Agile, hybrid, or traditional methodologies.
• Ability to effectively coordinate the various stakeholders of a project.
• Rigor in the monitoring of actions, deadlines, and deliverables.

• Fluent French.
• Professional English (minimum B2).
