Our values: TRANSPARENCY -- EQUITY -- RESPECT - TRUST SOCIAL ASSISTANT at 80% IN CDI Mission * Participate in the administrative and financial management of people losing autonomy. * Support clients in their procedures to assert their social rights. * Coordinate local actors involved in the client's project to maintain living at home. * Accompany clients in their socialization projects and the maintenance of social ties. * Ensure psychosocial support for clients as well as their relatives. * Inform and guide clients in the search for suitable accommodation structures. * Collaborate in an interdisciplinary framework and work in a network with partners.
