We are looking for a Project and Training Programs Coordinator to drive and coordinate a portfolio of training programs.

Our client is a large Genevan institution.

Missions

• Operationally drive a portfolio of training programs and projects.
• Ensure coordination between internal stakeholders and external training partners.
• Support training managers in the organization and deployment of training mechanisms.
• Optimize processes to guarantee quality, consistency, and effectiveness of programs.
• Implement communication and promotion actions related to training.
• Supervise the administrative follow-up of projects: contracting, pricing, document management, and follow-up of decisions.
• Participate in the budgetary monitoring of programs.
• Coordinate logistical aspects: room reservation, equipment, management of speakers, and planning.
• Guarantee the quality and compliance of data in respect of regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement processes and support the team's cross-functional projects.

Candidate Profile

• University Bachelor, HES, or equivalent training.
• Certification in project management: an asset.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in coordination functions or management of high-volume activities.
• Experience ideally acquired in the sectors of logistics, hospitality, after-sales service, complex event management, or training.
• Good understanding of project management processes and methodologies.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office tools, notably Excel.
• Knowledge of LMS, ERP, or SIRH systems appreciated.
• Excellent organizational skills and sense of priorities.
• Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Autonomy, rigor, sense of initiative, and ability to evolve in a complex environment.
• Respect for confidentiality and a high level of professional ethics.
