Job Description

Your missions

Reporting directly to the deputy director of the ISO, strategic referent, you are the interface between business needs and technological capabilities.

In close collaboration with the Cœur de métier product team of the Direction des systèmes d'information et du numérique (DirSin), you ensure that the information systems meet the operational needs of the function, whether they are expressed through projects or requests for evolution.

As part of the mandate entrusted to you by the function, you have the necessary autonomy to arbitrate and prioritize the functional needs and evolutions of your scope, while ensuring consistency with the strategic orientations of the ISO.

Your main responsibilities are as follows:

1. Maximize product value:

• Collect, analyze, formalize and arbitrate business needs and initiatives by explaining their objectives, expected results, value and impacts in case of non-realization;
• Challenge and prioritize the needs of the scope based on their business value and the priorities of the function;
• Maintain and prioritize the backlog of functional evolutions based on their business value, in coordination with the product manager;
• Guarantee the relevance and added value of the planned evolutions;
• Follow satisfaction, usage and efficiency indicators of the solutions and integrate legal and regulatory requirements.

1. Ensure strategic alignment:

• Translate the strategic orientations of the function into a product roadmap and ensure consistency with business priorities;
• Ensure the proper management of priorities concerning the implementation of applications and technological solutions in the relevant scope;
• Bring the vision and business priorities to the roadmap reviews led by the product manager;
• Participate in governance bodies, prioritization committees and portfolio reviews.

1. Contribute and participate in continuous improvement:

• Define acceptance criteria, mobilize the users concerned and ensure the business validation of the delivered solutions;
• Measure the results obtained in relation to the expected objectives and contribute to continuous improvement reviews and retrospectives.

1. Facilitate communication and collaboration:

• Ensure fluid communication between users, business stakeholders and the Cœur de métier product team;
• Organize and coordinate the testing and validation phases;
• Contribute to the change management related to the evolution of digital solutions.

Qualifications

Your profile

• HES Bachelor, university degree or training deemed equivalent in information systems, project management or a relevant business field;
• A certification or additional training in project management or agile methods (Hermes, PMP, Scrum, Agile) is an asset;
• Proven experience of at least 3 years in the identification, analysis and formalization of business needs as well as in the prioritization of functional evolutions within an information system;
• Experience in the preparation and organization of validation tests;
• Practice of agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban;
