Dishwasher / Pot washer

Ensure the washing, cleaning and storage of dishes, utensils, cookware and equipment.

Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of dishwashing areas and kitchen premises.

Respect hygiene and food safety procedures and HACCP principles.

Ensure the sorting and disposal of waste according to internal procedures.

Participate in the regular cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment.

Provide occasional support to the brigade in simple preparation and mise en place tasks.

Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to guarantee the fluidity of service.
