It is complemented by two geriatric and rehabilitation clinics as well as two medical outpatient centers. The Direction du Développement Organisationnel (Organizational Development Department) has the mission to steer institutional projects, optimize organization and flows, and strengthen quality and the patient experience within the Hôpital Riviera-Chablais.

Composed of experts in project management, organizational engineering, continuous improvement, and quality management, it supports teams in implementing concrete solutions to improve operational performance and the patient journey.

The main missions of this position are ###

• Steering cross-functional and/or complex institutional projects by ensuring their integration into the institution's value chain and actively contributing to the realization of the strategic plan.
• Defining objectives, scope, deliverables, and milestones; planning and coordinating project phases and activities while integrating resource, deadline, and budget constraints.
• Forming, mobilizing, and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring coordination with external providers, and managing calls for tender if necessary.
• Monitoring and controlling risks, scope changes, and interdependencies with other institutional projects, and ensuring regular and factual reporting.
• Listening to business needs, conducting studies and diagnostics, mapping processes, and identifying optimization opportunities based on qualitative and quantitative data.
• Being a force for proposal by formulating clear, realistic recommendations oriented towards the efficiency of processes, organizations, and resources.
• Defining and implementing the change management strategy related to projects, facilitating co-construction workshops, and promoting stakeholder buy-in.
• Maintaining a constructive relational climate, managing divergences with diplomacy, and uniting people around project issues and objectives.
• Ensuring alignment between business processes and technological solutions in collaboration with IT teams.
• Contributing to the development of a continuous improvement culture and disseminating best practices in project management and operational excellence within the hospital.

Depending on the level of expertise:

• Supervising junior or senior project managers and ensuring their skill development.
• Working on large-scale strategic projects and with high-level governance bodies.

Depending on institutional priorities, you may be required to work on projects such as the implementation of the future electronic patient record (DPI) and process digitalization, the improvement of patient experience and overall quality, the opening and development of the future geriatric-rehabilitation hospital, as well as the implementation and evolution of specialized pathways meeting the health needs of the territory.

Education & certifications

• Master's (university, HES, or EPF) in the field of management, engineering, or an equivalent considered training
• Certification or training in project management (IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2, Hermes, or equivalent)
• Additional training in Business Analysis (IIBA) or continuous improvement / quality (Lean Six Sigma) is a sought-after asset

Experience

• Confirmed experience (>= 5 years) in conducting organizational and transformation projects within complex environments;
• Experience in the hospital environment or the health system: an asset

Skills & know-how

• Ability to model complex processes and evaluate the organizational and budgetary impact of reorganizations
• Consulting posture, capacity for analysis, synthesis, and solution orientation
• Excellent mastery of office and collaborative tools; understanding of hospital IT architectures (DPI, RIS/PACS, ERP, datawarehouse...)

Relational & behavioral skills

• Diplomacy, listening, conflict management, and communication adapted to different interlocutors
