Who are we?

Menerga Sàrl is the Swiss subsidiary of Menerga, which is part of the Systemair Group, an international ventilation and air conditioning group. We provide high-value-added technical HVAC units.

In Switzerland, we personally handle their commissioning, maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, technical assistance, retrofit, and customer support. Our after-sales service is organized around two hubs: Lausanne for French-speaking Switzerland and Solothurn for German-speaking Switzerland and other regions. Menerga Suisse is a member of the Swiss Refrigeration Association (ASF/SVK).

The position

We are looking for a refrigeration technician within the Lausanne after-sales team. A field position with strong technical autonomy, in a structured team that has technical support, planning, and administration. You are responsible for the intervention entrusted to you, from beginning to end.

Maintenance and servicing of Menerga installations

Commissioning

Diagnostics and fault finding

Troubleshooting

Refrigeration interventions

Analysis of installation operation

Technical assistance and direct contact with the customer

Intervention reports and protocols

Collaboration with technical support, after-sales planners, and other technicians

Management and maintenance of the service vehicle

Management of tools and onboard spare parts
