We have opened a new building in Grens and are looking for the first face of our Primary Cycle 1 section, serving students aged 4 to 8.
School Secretary (Primary Cycle 1)
Your mission
You are the reference point for the section for students, parents and teachers: telephone, reception of visitors and external stakeholders;
You manage agendas and appointments, and you prepare meetings: agenda, follow-up, minutes;
You draft, format and distribute various administrative letters and documents;
You participate in the organization of school and extra-curricular events.
What we are looking for
A sunny person, whose smile can be heard on the phone and who keeps their calm when the day gets busy;
An excellent sense of listening and service: you establish trust, with families as well as with teams;
Ease with children aged 4 to 8, rigor and discretion;
Perfectly bilingual in French and English, German is an asset;
Confirmed mastery of office tools (Microsoft Office 365) and administrative management tools.
