Recruitment Manager

Your missions

• Manage the recruitment processes, from need analysis to hiring.
• Advise and support department heads in their recruitments and candidates throughout the process.
• Ensure sourcing, develop and implement new recruitment strategies and channels, particularly to attract rare or scarce profiles.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of recruitment practices within the team.
• Provide a first level of advice on rules related to Swiss labor law and the hiring of Swiss and cross-border personnel.
• Manage and support the recruitment team members, organize activity, set priorities and promote the development of their skills.
• Collaborate with the HR Directorate on projects and topics related to recruitment.
• Contribute to the Employer Brand by sharing your expertise and market knowledge.

Qualifications

• Higher education in human resources or equivalent training, supplemented by proven experience in the field of recruitment. The federal diploma of HR specialist is an asset.
• Proven experience in recruitment and in team management.
• Experience in the health sector is an asset.
• Very good command of French and excellent writing skills.
• Interest in Swiss labor law and ability to quickly acquire the necessary knowledge.
• Autonomy, organization, sense of service and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Leadership, team spirit and ability to unite.
• Flexibility to travel to the different sites of l-Hôpital du Jura.
