Profile sought

Serious professional mastering basic recipes, cutting techniques and cooking. (Game is a strong advantage)
Confirmed experience in refined, demanding and creative dining establishments.
Someone able to manage a service of 40 to 60 covers, working with rigour, organized and autonomous at their station.
A sincere, involved person without pretenses.

Having a car is indispensable.
