Bracelet Workshop Manager (M/F)

Mission

As part of this function, reporting to our Clothing Division, you will ensure the management of the team and all production activities of the Bracelet 1 workshop, which includes satin finishing and polishing operations. In close collaboration with the Bracelet 2 workshop, Bracelet Component Manufacturing, and other workshops within the Division, as well as support services, you will ensure the performance of your workshop by guaranteeing that production objectives are met and Patek Philippe standards are respected, while promoting the employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide, encourage, motivate, and develop a team of finishing technicians, while maximizing productivity and lead times to achieve objectives.
• Ensure training support and the development of versatility within the Workshop.
• Analyze operational processes, take corrective measures to improve quality, decrease waste rates, and optimize operation times.
• Ensure compliance with the production plan and guarantee the application of Patek Philippe standards.
• Advance the activity and operational processes of the Workshop in close coordination with other workshops, as well as in collaboration with support services, internal clients, and other Divisions.

Profile sought

• ES Technician or other diploma deemed equivalent.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of satin finishing and polishing trades. Knowledge of machining trades is a plus.
• Knowledge of production management and Lean tools.
• Proficiency in office tools (Pack Office) and an ERP (ideally SAP).
• Listening skills, ease in written and oral communication.
• Unifying spirit, ability to propose solutions, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Rigor, analytical and synthesis skills.
• Team spirit and ability to adapt.
