Job Description Within the IT Service Management team, your main mission will be to steer and evolve the Request & Demand Management processes. You will be the reference interlocutor between the IT teams and the business units in order to guarantee efficient, consistent, and qualitative management of requests. In this context, your main responsibilities will be to: * Define and evolve Request & Demand Management processes * Support IT teams in the application of processes and ITIL best practices * Ensure the coordination and monitoring of business requests in collaboration with the various IT Domains * Manage the service catalog and associated forms in ServiceNow * Produce monitoring indicators and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes * Lead governance instances and ensure effective communication with stakeholders * Train and support teams in the adoption of processes Qualifications * Holder of higher education in computer science or equivalent, you have 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar role * You master ServiceNow as well as ITIL best practices * You possess proven experience in Demand Management, Request Management, or IT Service Management * You are comfortable in a cross-functional environment involving multiple business and IT interlocutors * Recognized for your sense of organization, your analytical spirit, and your solution orientation, you are proactive * Agile and adaptable, you appreciate environments in transformation * You perfectly master French and English, both spoken and written Additional Information What we offer: * Coverage of health insurance (basic and supplementary) * 5 annual weeks of vacation and 2 additional weeks between Christmas and New Year thanks to the daily accumulation of additional minutes * A contribution to your sporting or cultural activities * The possibility, depending on the role, to work remotely * A company restaurant * An advantageous LPP (occupational pension scheme) You wish to express your expertise within Audemars Piguet?
