Altrajob is supporting its client, a company active in energy services and customer management solutions. In order to strengthen its Customer Service, we are looking for a:

Bilingual FR-GER Customer Advisor M/F

Missions:

• Respond to customer inquiries by telephone and ensure professional follow-up
• Identify the needs of interlocutors and provide them with suitable advice
• Handle requests autonomously and ensure file follow-up
• Perform various administrative and back-office tasks related to customer service
• Guarantee clear communication and a quality customer experience

Your profile:

You are bilingual (French - German) and benefit from an initial professional experience within a customer service department (junior profiles are welcome).

You possess excellent interpersonal skills, very good written expression, and particularly enjoy contact with customers.

Comfortable with IT tools, especially MS Office, you work in an autonomous, precise, and structured manner.
