Job description ##

We are looking for an HR Manager ready to take on the challenge of exercising a strategic and operational leadership function in top-sharing, in a pair with an HR Manager who already has experience in job sharing.

What is top-sharing?

It is the sharing of the same position and its responsibilities between two people, who form a true collaborative duo. Both partners carry the function together, divide the responsibilities, and ensure continuity, while working in close coordination. These two people also manage a team together.

This model offers great richness: two cross-perspectives, two ways of thinking and deciding, a mode of functioning that encourages questioning, continuous learning and collective intelligence. But it also requires a particular way of working, because individual success depends on the success of the duo. And let's be honest: this model is not for everyone. You must like:

  • questioning yourself, even when you think you are right;
  • communicating a lot, sharing information and leaving no gray areas;
  • receiving feedback - and knowing how to give it with respect;
  • trusting and accepting that the other person sometimes does things differently;
  • bringing your ideas while being sometimes ready to change your mind;
  • managing disagreements without turning them into conflicts;
  • putting the success of the collective before your personal interests.

In short: you have to be very good at your job - and even better in the relationship with your partner!

Responsibilities ##

  • Manage the HR team, composed of 4 enthusiastic and professional people
  • Embody and live the values of the HR team: integrity, conviviality and openness
