Do you have the soul of an entrepreneur and wish to run your own establishment?

Well-established family Italian restaurant in Sion since 2009, Pastabar SA is looking for a manager capable of taking over the operations autonomously.

As the owner is approaching retirement age, he wishes to withdraw quickly from daily operations and entrust the keys of the establishment to a trustworthy, responsible, and dynamic person.

Your mission ##

You take full responsibility for daily operations:

• management and supervision of the team ;
• organization of schedules and service ;
• management of purchases, suppliers, and stocks ;
• control of costs, margins, and the cash register ;
• maintenance of quality, hygiene, and service ;
• development of turnover and the customer base ;
• management of relations with customers and suppliers ;
• administrative follow-up in collaboration with the fiduciary ;
• implementation of commercial and development actions ;
• monthly monitoring of results and objectives.

You enjoy real autonomy in the management of the establishment, with clearly defined responsibilities and powers.

Your profile ##

We are looking for a person:

• having confirmed experience in catering, ideally in the management of an establishment ;
• autonomous, organized, and capable of making decisions ;
• having good management and leadership skills ;
• comfortable with numbers and cost monitoring ;
• close to their team and able to motivate them ;
• oriented towards customer satisfaction and business development ;
• upright, reliable, and trustworthy ;
• above all having the desire to undertake and build something in the long term.

Experience in the direction or management of a café-restaurant constitutes an important asset.

This position can be a step towards a true business takeover.

The owner wishes to prioritize the manager in the context of a potential future takeover of the Pastabar business.

A mechanism is planned allowing 50 % of the annual bonus to constitute a credit towards the price of a future takeover, according to the conditions that will be agreed upon.

The objective is clear: to find a person who first wishes to manage the establishment as an entrepreneur and who could, tomorrow, become its owner.
