Assistant advisor to home security clients

Missions and responsibilities

50 % Client response

Respond to requests and inquiries from the clientele of the autonomy technologies service. This essentially concerns elderly people benefiting from a home security system, as well as a small proportion of hearing-impaired people benefiting from light signaling.

25 % Verification of the security device

In a supervised manner, carry out simple verifications of the telealarm device at the beneficiaries. Verify the security device in place at our clients. Contact clients to verify that the security system is still suitable, that the list of responders in case of a call for help is relevant, and that administrative data is up to date.

25 % Heatwave plan

Identify the clients most vulnerable to the risks encountered during the summer period to prepare the heatwave device for the following summer.

• Proficiency with standard IT tools, in particular Excel
• Sense of customer service and interpersonal skills, particularly in communication with elderly people
• Interest in new technologies.
