Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland, a member of Swiss Education Group, trains students from all over the world every year in the culinary arts and pastry professions. To strengthen our Academic Department, we are looking for a passionate, creative Pastry & Chocolate Instructor who is eager to share their expertise.

Start date: 6 January 2027
Activity rate: 80-100%
Workplace: Route Cantonale 51, 1897 Bouveret

Your mission

Reporting to our Academic Department, you will join a dynamic teaching team committed to offering high-quality programs to students with multicultural profiles. Your main responsibilities:

• Deliver theoretical and practical pastry and chocolate courses according to our standards, in strict compliance with hygiene and food safety rules
• Transmit subject concepts by varying teaching methods and approaches
• Evaluate student progress through observation, exchanges as well as written and practical work, and transmit grades

Your profile

• CFC as a pastry chef-confectioner or cook, or a title deemed equivalent
• At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally within renowned establishments
• Perfect knowledge of current trends and best practices in pastry
• Initial teaching experience in a hotel or culinary school constitutes an important asset
• Creative personality, endowed with an excellent team spirit and comfortable in a highly international environment
• Good command of IT tools used in teaching
• Ease in animation and presentation
• Sense of initiative, maturity and leadership skills
• Mastery of English in writing and speaking is mandatory (language of instruction, level C1-C2); French constitutes an important asset
