After-Sales Service Group Leader – Genève

Committed to our Geneva office, you are a true link between the field teams and our customers and occupy a central position within our after-sales service activity. Available and attentive, you set the direction for your team and support them daily in their missions, with a constant objective of quality and customer satisfaction.

As a group leader, you are responsible for the following missions:

• Supervise and support a team of 10 after-sales service and special works technicians (repair)
• Ensure the administrative and human follow-up of your team (hours, holidays, annual meetings, …)
• Drive your group's activity: Monitor and analyze performance and quality indicators (breakdown rate, visit rate, recurring breakdowns, etc.) in order to guide the team toward achieving its objectives
• Maintain close collaboration with our technical sales representatives: Preparation of quotes, management of priorities, customer communication, etc.
• Provide your technical expertise and support technicians in complex situations
• Foster the safety culture within your team by actively contributing to its dissemination, the awareness of your team, and the application of QSE good practices
• Actively contribute to the evolution of work processes and your team's skills
• Occasionally prepare offers in support of technicians

Your background and talents:

• You hold a qualification in a technical field (mechanics, electricity, automation,…) and have several years of proven experience in the elevator field
• Possessing strong leadership, you are recognized for your ability to unite and progress a team, combining high standards, relational courage, listening, and benevolence
• Proactive, you demonstrate initiative and are solution-oriented
• Autonomous and organized by nature, you manage your priorities effectively
• Thanks to your calm and pragmatic character, you know how to adapt to unforeseen circumstances
• Your place of residence allows you to reach Genève in a maximum of 45 minutes
• You possess a valid driver's license
