Your mission:

• Cook hot and cold dishes according to technical sheets and the Chef's directives, for the great pleasure of our guests,
• Participate in the choice of daily dishes and seasonal suggestions,
• Ensure the management of raw materials and compliance with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP),
• Actively participate in the receipt of goods and inventory management,
• Manage small kitchen equipment and ensure the order and cleanliness of equipment.

Profile sought:

• Holder of a professional qualification with 2 years of experience,
• Excellent command of French (written and oral),
• Interpersonal skills, team spirit and rigor in work,
• Great adaptability to meet the specific needs of our patients,
• Residence in Lausanne or nearby (no parking available),
• Swiss nationality or valid work permit mandatory.
