Decentralized unit secretary (M/F)

Job description ##

As a decentralized unit secretary, you will participate in the smooth running of the primary and secondary establishment of St-Prex and surroundings and collaborate continuously with teachers, students, and parents. Thus, you will contribute not only to administrative efficiency but also to the overall success of the educational mission entrusted to Vaud compulsory education.

Responsibilities ##

• Perform various administrative tasks and routine secretarial activities
• Work in collaboration with other members of the administrative staff
• Assist deans in their administrative tasks
• Collaborate on administrative monitoring related to certain aspects concerning students and teachers
• Ensure the planning and organization of the establishment's events
• Control accounts related to collective school activities and record the cantonal share on DAFEO

The working hours are annualized and flexibility in schedules is required to meet the needs of the school establishment.

Qualifications ##

• CFC as a commercial employee or equivalent title required
• 3 years of professional experience since obtaining the CFC
• Mastery of IT tools (World, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, LAGAPEO) required
• Comfort with numbers and accounts
• Sense of responsibility, organization, and self-control
• Adaptability and flexibility
• Listening, communication, and spirit of mutual aid
• Writing skills and public service ethics
